Repairs
Before applying paint, any surface must be properly prepared so the paint coating will adhere well. More importantly, damaged areas and the sources of those problems must be addressed.
Our repair services include:
- Sheetrock and plaster.
- Texture matching and removal.
- Lite carpentry for rotted wood.
- Wood Epoxy for sashes, columns etc.
- Window glass & screen replacement.
- Weather stripping for doors.
If a repair or the scope of a project is beyond our expertize, we can often refer you to an associate. Our associates typically pay us a nominal coordination fee of 2% or less. Presently, we have excellent referals for guttering, roofing and larger carpentry projects.
General Contracting fees are higher, if we are charged with providing this service. Our fees start at 15%.
